@nick_underhill Speeding is a major killer. Camera enforcement is much better than officer enforcement for numerous reasons. 17 speeding tickets in 4 months is reckless. I understand the frustration; nobody likes getting tickets. But it seems like you should just slow down.

I’m about to move out of the city because of these traffic cams. No lie, I’ve gotten at least 12 tickets since September for driving 30 mph. Chill out. Let people live.

@CamGuthrie Provincial leaders are too busy putting resources towards NIMBYism to actually put resources towards solving critical issues. They'd rather argue over who does something than actually doing that thing.

So, this is how it’s working: 1. Reduce revenue cities can collect for needed housing infrastructure. 2. Tell cities you’ll “make them whole” a year ago. But don’t. 3. Set up a reward system for cities that meet housing targets, but is billions short. 4. Make sure that system won’t reward cities at all based on what’s under their control for those same housing starts. 5. Force cities to increase taxes, cut other needed services, incur debt and put credit ratings at risk. 6. Blame cities. 7. Get angry when Federal Government decides to give money to cities to help with housing. 8. Rinse. 9. Repeat. 10. Blame cities again. thestar.com/news/gta/doug-…
