In a new low, the @LGUS rep cursed at me and dropped multiple f bombs when I told her my child was in the car. I think I am being punked at this point.

@LGUS She said it was Cassie, but I don't think that is accurate. She gave me an ID number, but I doubt it is right.

@LGUS continues to astound me with their terrible customer service. They sent me a broken fridge but won't replace it due to warranty issues. But hey, they'll try to fix it eventually and I might pay a service fee? @LGUS is a joke.

Waited 5 weeks for our new fridge from @LGUS and @HomeDepot. It arrived broken and doesn't cool. We are 2 weeks away from Thanksgiving and both companies don't care that we have no refrigerator. They took our money and our old fridge and left us with a useless piece of metal.

@Allstate is the worst insurance company. We have hail damage that they refuse to cover, but covered our neighbors' with the same damage. They also refuse to "cross reference" our claims or address why the identical damage was covered. They are a waste of time and money!
