Unfortunately the Department of Justice is still withholding / redacting consequential files - in violation of the law. There are still 3million not released. Those that have been released are heavily and unlawfully redacted. Attached is one of the files we caught and forced them to un-redact, showing Les Wexner as a co-conspirator to “Child Sex Trafficking” We previously had suspicions of Wexner, but the EFTA confirmed it. We know which documents contain the names of other men (many of the FD-302 documents for example)- but the DOJ/FBI refuse release or allow congressional access. DOJ claims Congress can access unredacted files at the DOJ library - but when we go - they are still redacted. How the library works: The EFTA files the public can see online - with all the black boxes - are the only files we can touch. Anything that is not on the public website or has since been taken down are not accessible (again, about 3 million documents). For documents that are available,with black boxes, Members are able to remove the black boxes and read the text or images underneath. HOWEVER - if it is a consequential file, or an area of a document that one could reasonable deduce contains the name of an abuser - when members remove the black box, they see a white box underneath. When we raised this issue with DOJ that they were non-compliant, they said there was nothing they could do about it because that is how they received the documents from the FBI. Major issue with that excuse is the EFTA explicitly requires all documents in their original form from the DOJ, US Attorneys Office, AND the FBI. As far as other names - the victims we’ve worked with (and their attorneys) informed us exactly where to look and provided general descriptions of about 20 men that abused these girls/women. They did not give us names - as is what Rep Massie has relayed multiple times. The idea was the files were to confirm these men’s crimes. Produce the proof - the files. The victims are reluctant sharing the names without released files in fear of lawsuits and retribution. From where I have sat over the last year - that fear is completely justified. To me, it very much appears the DOJ is pulling full cover for the rapists and pedophiles due to the position and power those men hold (politically and/or financially). Why I think this? The DOJ illegally released sensitive information on the victims, yet took great care to protect the information of the abusers. And the DOJ cannot claim the release of the victim information was accidental. One file they released contained a list of the full names of over 30 victims (mostly minors). The title of the email was “Epstein Victim List” Someone at the DOJ reviewed that file, redacted the names of the receiving government employees, the name of a single victim, and then cleared the rest of the file for release in the document dump. I have attached the document in question below (the white redactions are my redactions, the black are by the DOJ). Since that release, many of those listed victims have been harassed, received threats, etc. There is not a world where you can convince me that that wasn’t intentional, was not an effort of intimidation, and is not proof the DOJ is corrupt to the roots. As for the names of the other men - we have another 7 months to do what we can. And Rep. Massie remains committed to the promise - if the victims provide him names, he will list them on the House floor, as he has with Les Wexner, Jes Staley, and Leon Black.

Not to mention, we killed several damning legislative items that would otherwise be law today - such as liability immunities to pesticides and data center manufacturers. Most importantly, as a consequence of the special interests and foreign lobbyists who attacked us with vitriol and slander due to our rejection of their dollars and schemes in favor of the American PEOPLE, we awakened millions of Americans. By wasting 35 million dollars in what has become the most expensive Congressional election in the history of the United States, they turned Thomas Massie into a national symbol. Those who saw through the propaganda learned of a man who votes by conscience, not intimidation. A true defender of the Constitution, and he became their last hope in government. Of course, last night we lost. But I have a sneaking suspicion what they really did was turn Massie into a movement. This election caused waves that I believe will one day turn the tides. We will have a return of America First in government. In the meantime, we carry on the fight. 🇺🇸
