New Bill Alert 🚨: The Air Passenger Service Charge (Ammendment) Bill, 2025 Every person who purchases a ticket for an external or internal journey shall pay an air service charge of USD 50 or equivalent in specified currency or Ksh. 600 for an internal journey.

This Bill shall also establish a Tourism Fund which shall be operated and managed by a board of trustees. 1 (c) indicates that the Board of trustees shall make investments to generate income. In the eventuality that these investments fail, how shall Kenyans recover?
