@joboaler We have been doing data talks all week. It’s how I do a lot of my analyzing graphs learning. This was todays. I rotate then into our routine maths throughout the year. Along with WODB, Always Sometimes and Never, etc with Number Talks being our staple.

How about starting each day with a "data talk" - they help your students develop data literacy, and learn to separate fact from fiction. They follow the pedagogical structure of number talks - free (of course!) with examples across K-12. youcubed.org/resource/data-…
