Congrats to Liam Cunliffe of Porsche Tampa, the first recipient of our "Made It Happen" award!  The Made It Happen award is a Morgan Auto Group employee initiative, honoring team members who are "caught in the act" of going above and beyond to serve our customers.

Our leadership team has been working on a “pocketable” culture card for our people at @MorganAutoGroup. Goal is expanding beyond the typical “mission statement.” Our call has to run deeper.

Come on @Sun_Toyota hanging up on my wife isn’t acceptable. Transferred 6 times before getting someone to actually talk and then dismissing her. When she called him out about it he decided to “exit himself out of the conversation” then hang up? Seriously, that’s what he said and wouldn’t tell her his name. Meanwhile a vehicle we bought from them with around 10k miles on it from us has a MAJOR ISSUE. Apparently it was sold to us with an issue.
