Finally, peace gets a chance!
Thanks to the relentless efforts of Pakistan and other actors to end this devastating conflict and bring peace to the region and beyond, a historic agreement has been reached between Iran & the US.
The mediation efforts and perseverance of PM Shehbaz Sharif, FM Asim Munir and DPM & Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, and the entire Pakistani diplomatic team for making this milestone deal happen deserve recognition & great appreciation. The agreement sets the stage for ending the conflict and bringing peace and stability in the region. It will also ensure free flow of oil and other goods through the Straits of Hormuz which, in turn, will help stabilize international markets & economies.
Pakistan’s economy has lot to gain from peace & stability in the region. It will unlock opportunities for trade, investment, connectivity and cross-border economic activity, benefiting millions across the region. In a post war era Pakistan should upgrade its relationship with all Gulf & Middle-East countries to explore possibilities of greater mutual cooperation.
We hope that this conflict-ending deal will really bring enduring peace & stability.

Following intensive talks, we are pleased to announce that the Peace Deal between the United States of America and Islamic Republic of Iran has been REACHED. Both sides have declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon. The official signing ceremony will be on Friday, 19 June in Switzerland. We would like to thank the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran for their commitment to finding a diplomatic solution to the conflict. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our brothers in this mediation effort, the great leadership of State of Qatar, for their support in reaching this agreement. I would also especially thank the visionary leadership of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Republic of Türkiye for their immense contributions in this regard. With the agreement now in place, mediators will facilitate a series of meetings this week. Lieutenant Taha of the Pakistan Navy was martyred in a tragic Plane crash near Mardan today.

A small training aircraft crashed in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Displaying exceptional bravery, the pilot diverted the aircraft away from populated area and crashed on a road, sacrificing their lives to save countless civilians. Both embraced martyrdom to save innocent lives. Pakistan salutes its heros.

پٹرول کی قیمت کم ہونا لازمی ترین امر ہے اور اس پر کوئ دوسری راۓ نہیں اور فوری کم ہونا چاہیے۔
مگر بدقسمتی سے پاکستان کی عالمی امن کے محاذ پر عظیم ترین فتح اور عزت افزائ کو کچھ دل جلے پاکستانی اسے پٹرول کی قیمت سے جوڑ کر رنگ میں بھنگ ڈالنے کی ناکام کوشش کررہے ہیں ۔
دراصل یہ کامیابی اتنی بڑی ہے کہ وہ سب لوگ بشمول سینئر صحافی جو اس دوران کہیں بھی متعلقہ نہ رہے وہ اپنے احساس کمتری کو اس طرح چھپانے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں ۔
یہ بلکل ایسے ہی جب کوئ حج کو جارہا ہو اور حامد میر کہے آپ نماز تو پڑھتے نہیں اور چلے ہیں حج کرنے کو 😊
