@OC_Scanner You fell for the incorrect reporting on this topic. It isn't 2-3x the retail cost. It's slightly cheaper than the cheapest Costco diapers, without the cost of a membership. And it's much cheaper than the cost of Target diapers. The CA program is 15.5 cents per diaper,all in.
