@SW_Help @Its__Mark Thanks for the reply, my scheduled arrival into Southampton Central is at 10 to 4, and was just hoping to hop on the earliest train/rail replacement bus to Clapham. Would i be able to use the ticket i originally purchased for the 14:22 train from Bournemouth to Clapham?

@SW_Help My elderly parents are waiting at Christchurch train station to come to Southampton - their 2:30 has been delayed, can they get a taxi and claim back?
