@T3Micro I have a warranty claim for my T3 Source Hand-held shower head, and you people want me to capture the defect AND the serial number in ONE picture on a handwritten piece of paper? This is PHYSICALLY impossible to do! What kind of warranty process does your company have?!

@sillyjenniefurr The T3 wand!!! I used my friend’s in Nashville and DUDE. The curls are unreal. Super bouncy and healthy looking and they last forever (my hair is super straight so that’s tough to find). Super worth it!!

@kellyeden Hi Kelly! It may help to start with smaller sections or a smaller barrel to get a more defined curl. That way, the curls will fall to your desired look. Feel free to email support@t3micro.com if you have more questions!

I can never get long curls like this to hold all day. They always fall flat within a few hours- what am I doing wrong? I use a @T3Micro 2inch barrel wand, clip curls until they cool, light mist of hair spray (and heat protectant obvi) Tips n tricks pls!

@T3Micro Had THEE WORST Customer Service . I ordered some items on Saturday and still no confirmation email . I’ve tried calling and it either hangs up , or sends me to voicemail . I paid 25 express shipping and NOTHING . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
