Here’s the reality: to participate in SNAP, retailers are required to stock a minimum amount of staple foods. But too many are skirting the rules — mislabeling products just to check a box. Butter counted as a staple food. Jelly counted as a fruit. That’s not what this program was designed to do. We’re restoring integrity to the system and putting real food back on shelves where it belongs. Because if America is going to thrive, we have to get healthy again.
