So I have a tree contractor at the house who damaged my roof (minor but annoying b/c now I have to hire another contractor for that). He’s still trimming the trees and won’t finish on time, so we gotta do it all again tomorrow. I live in the country and have aerobic septic. The aerator is broken so that needs fixing. Thankfully under warranty. The sprinkler system doesn’t work because a wire was cut underground because they didn’t secure it in conduit when they installed it. Gotta dig a big hole in the yard and fix it this weekend. Homeownership can be a giant PITA and almost makes me want to go back to apt living. I used to own/manage a lot of single family rentals and somewhere along the way I got tired of the hassles of ownership. Not sure I’ll complain about apt living again 🤣 BTW this is for fun and I am blessed. But homeowners will understand what I’m talking about. 😉

@RealRickRule If I'm doing a conversion from cad/L to usd/gal, near Montreal, I pay 5,50$us for a gallon (at 100$/barrel) In 2008, when a barrel was 140$, we were paying 3$us/gallon (it was already heavily taxed) Maybe refining margins increased a bit but not that much. Taxes did most of it.

@garysavage1 @HerbsandDirt That's what we pay in Montreal. 2cad/liter (5,51usd/gallon). Where half of the gas price is a tax. They even charge a 2 taxes over (provincial+federal) including the other taxes in the pre total. Incredible. Stupid. Corrupt.

@HerbsandDirt LOL no you didn't. The average gallon of gas in the us is roughly $3.85. You would need $6 a gallon gas to pay that much and a completely empty gas tank. What's the point of posting such a blatant lie?

@BambroughKevin Men! Without you, this company might have been bought on the cheap for their patents or left in the dark. Whatever people are saying, you started talking about it in the 30c range. So whenever you read mad peoples when it goes from 10$ to 7$, just ignore it.

I realized long ago why I don’t take compliments and praise well. Cause everything is cyclical. Of late, I’ve received a huge outpouring of thanks for my work sharing the due diligence I’ve done on $HG $hgraf and my beliefs on how the story will unfold. I keep saying. It’s not about me. It’s Dr. Sorensens invention. It’s the universe that created carbon and the properties of this material at nanoscale that make it so special. The love and praise will be replaced with bashing and hate. Every great development / press release on the road to becoming one of the most important companies in nanotech and nanomaterials will drive us to new highs. Every spike will bring the unimaginative low life’s who seek to try to capitalize on charts that move a couple standard deviations higher than the mean. These people are simpletons. They focus on mean reversion shorting and profit off spreading lies and misinformation. Often times out right fraudulent claims and they violate securities laws. Hence the fake names and them hiding in foreign jurisdictions without extradition. Anyhow. Enough about them. I prefer we keep the convo to the future of what will be done with fractal graphene aggregates. That’s what’s exciting to me and all I want to work on Onward and upwards. Let’s see what we can build together and let’s make the world a better place.

Off by 36 cents! Wow, sorry everyone. That's the last time I'll make a TA call, maybe But in all seriousness, we closed the week perfectly flat, while in a very bullish uptrend, made a perfect backtest of that weekly channel, super bullish price action. Probably a new daily cycle started today at 6.90, many more weeks to follow. Cheers everyone 🍻 that was a fun day. I've been in the airport all day, but you all made it better than it would have been otherwise $hg $hgraf
Zachariah Loney@LoneyZachariah

$hg $hgraf bottom is in. It hit 7.21, 4 cents off my 7.25 target. Will delete if wrong, haha But seriously, perfect backtest of the weekly channel, so stop being afraid people

@LoneyZachariah @SnowSeeker99 @admacroviews @RonaldVolusus Absolutely agree. Very useful for farmers and commodities producers. Even shorting a big stock is ok in my opinion. For me, the problem is naked short selling and the fact that they allow shorting of startups or young companies (most of them without earnings).

There are real-world scenarios where it can be very practical, especially in commodities where borrowing a material last minute actually makes practical sense, but I think the feature has definitely been over-applied, like in most stock trading, it doesnt make sense to have it to me either. Thats my understanding of it

Please write more of them, it seems to act as rocket fuel for us longs. As disingenuous as you shorters are, I'm starting to appreciate your work in a certain sense. On another note, we may have seen the low on $hg $hgraf yesterday, but I think we still might tap 7.25 CAD today to make a nice clean backtest of that weekly channel I've been following. That would have a fairly high chance of being the low and I'd expect a strong reaction off of it. However, we may have seen the DCL yesterday as we are right in the timing band to print a 4hr cycle low, and we closed below the 10 DMA yesterday, and we broke the daily inclining trendline (3 of 4 main criteria met for printing a DCL). Also, this current decline is starting to deviate from the nature of any decline in our previous run up last July/August, so I am now leaning towards this uptrend continuing to be different, and departing from the past trading metrics for use as an analog. I'm starting to expect that it will be more gradual and sustained, still with enourmous gains, but a longer, broader move, lasting for many months, not many weeks like last summer. This makes sense when you consider what NASDAQ will do for this stock. Right now we got the flow rate of a garden hose, soon we will have the flow rate of a fire hose. That's gonna commence only once we are in the timing to complete a symetrical move of 6-8 weeks like last summer's, so, putting 2 and 2 together, we are now blazzing a totally new trail trading-wise, and unsurprisingly imo.

@LoneyZachariah @admacroviews @RonaldVolusus The US otc stock was out of shares to short. Not sure if it's the case on canadian exchange. But whatever, a lot of shares are thightly held. I think that NIA is even preparing a YT doccumentary "exposing this stock"😂. They might just put it online for the next top.

Shorting is like this: Your dad goes away on a business trip and your friend asks to borrow his truck. You think its risky but go ahead anyway if you friend pays $1000 bucks for it. Sure enough your friend destroys the truck, now you are "short" a ford ranger. Now you gotta go out on the market and buy a ford ranger to replace your dad's truck. Thats shorting. You dont own it (net 0) You borrow someone elses property, sell it (net negative), and now you need to buy it back to close your position (net 0 again). Right now there are lots of shorts on HG, maybe even 30 million shares, but there are no more left to borrow to sell to push the price down even more, so most shorters are underwater at a loss. The time is ticking before "daddy" returns and they gotta buy back, and when they start, they will race each other to be first, resulting in a squeezing of the price. Like squeezing a bag of icing or toothpaste - the stock price will go vertical. Thats what might happen next monday and tuesday and next week in general $hg $hgraf

The relative outperformance of rare earths to silver could even be more than double and closer to 3X. If it stretches out longer it could also be 6X better in performance than silver miners. Remember that for Silver all the US has to do is crank up South American output. The companies are there, at least to some extent. For economically viable rare earths the West has basically nothing online. The chinese resistant deposits that can go into production are all in South America, Australia or Africa. IAC is the key word.
Tim Hack tweet media
Tim Hack@realTimHack

If you compare the bottoming process of the silver and rare earth sector you see that rare earth bottomed later but bounced stronger and is just now breaking out of the handle. The headroom is higher. It think Silver Miners have up to 5X potential this year and Rare Earth Miners up to 10X. Rare Earth Miners are the late comers to the commodities party, but late comers are often the loudest.

Most shareholders would be much better off if hydrograph was a private company and they weren’t able to sell for 3-5 years. This includes being distracted from our current jobs and work at hand. Fact is this is a company I want to be a core holding of my portfolio for the next decade or two. For me it’s the center of my nanotech and nanomaterials world.
