base:0x23a2847d772803f9efc64b4277b782b06296fe51 @usedotai is trading at a discount due to a few rotations to RH chain On the daily, it’s back to its original bottom range pre breakout. This has served as very strong support for $DOT in the past. Retests always happen, especially when there’s something new and shiny on the market This situation is no different. Liquidity comes in waves, and I expect the next wave for $DOT to me the most powerful one Annual estimated revenue just off a 1 month old project is over $450k Revenue is up, users are up, holders are up, and all metrics are on an incline This was a strong buying and accumulation range for $DOT just under 3 weeks ago I’ll keep accumulating here The team is doubling down @stagedhappen has my bet on being one of the best builders @base has seen

Another successful Sunday to set me up to win for the week. I have no time in the week to go to the gym or cook. So I get up at 4:30AM every day to get a workout in and take a few hours cooking on a Sunday. You can make excuses or you can just find a way. Action over excuses.

When did window cleaners become so expensive? I have 5 windows all ground floor and £25 they want. Am I being unreasonable here by thinking £25 for 20mins work is a lot.

The volume you can consume makes cutting calories (getting lean) easier. For example this entire bowl of homemade chips is 200 calories

Good questions. If you have been calling for it since last year then fine, well played. That said, no one knows what the actual bottom will be. Surely it makes sense to start buying now instead of trying to time the pico bottom. Does 60k vs 50k really matter? I don't like crowded trades. It's usually an indicator that the opposite will happen.

Everyone is now calling for bitcoin:native to bottom between $40,000 to $50,000 in October. I wonder how many will get burnt trying to squeeze the last drops out of this bear market. Bitcoin is already down 55% and the crowd has disappeared for summer. Now is the time to buy.

Don’t get too caught up in the stubborn body fat. It’s usually the area people want to see change first, but that’s rarely how the body works. A lot of the time fat will come off somewhere else first. For example, your upper back might be leaning out faster while the area you’re focused on appears unchanged. The body doesn’t always lose fat evenly. It will often favour certain areas, then at some point start pulling more from others. That’s why progress pictures are so important. They pick up changes that the scales can’t show and that you might not notice day to day. Without them, it’s easy to convince yourself nothing is happening when the reality is you’re making progress. Many people quit because they think it isn’t working. Most of the time it is. They’re just using the wrong metrics to measure the progress.

Noticed the same thing. No one called me fat or told me I was overweight (except my mum!).. but now everyone is quick to say I am too skinny and need to stop dieting etc
Atlas@a7las1984

228.2lbs today I have lost 51lbs since I decided to get my 💩 together on 9/29 of last year. Learned a lot of lessons along the way and still have a lot more to learn. 1 - Carbs and Carb timing is huge. I was effectively intermittent fasting, skipping breakfast until January. What isn't shown on the chart below is I actually increased my calories from 2600 to 3400 from the middle of January until March and still lost weight 👀 2 - The compounds help, but they aren't the main mover. TRT, Retatrutide, GH, all the stuff helps. But you have to do the work. The chart below represents: Daily cardio or BJJ 4x per week lifting Tracking to the gram almost every meal Etc etc. 3 - Everyone wants the results, no one wants to do the work... I have had tons of people ask what I did, ask for help, guidance, a plan. The number of have followed through? Maybe 1 and even he is a bit half assed lol. 4 - Perfect is the enemy of Good. The dude who is executing a good plan daily, is going to beat the brakes off the guy trying to build the "Perfect" plan 5 - People don't want to see you change. No one told me I was fat, or out of shape, or heading for an early grave. But now they want to tell me that I'm "losing weight too fast" or "You look skinny" or "Those Peptides are dangerous" Blah blah blah... What's dangerous is a BMI approaching 40, paired with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. But no one cared about that because I looked like them... 6 - People treat you differently when you are in good shape. Is what it is 🤷‍♂️ 7 - If you inject literally anything, people will call you a cheater. Who cares, take every advantage you can get. 8 - You have to fall in love with the process, not the end result.

I want to share my story of the last few years in which my life has been an absolute whirlwind, in the hope that it might inspire somebody else who may be struggling. I've always been into health and fitness. I've been a personal trainer for 16 years and a gym owner for the last 10 years. Throughout my 20s, I lived life with no real responsibilities other than training and building my business. I'd like to think on the surface I've been quite successful. I always managed to stay in complete control of all aspects of my life. Even in 2020 when COVID came and shut down my business, I managed to adapt and survive. In 2023, things started to change. I had torn my ACL for the third time the year prior and had another reconstruction surgery on it. This obviously wiped me out; I couldn't train or even walk. The weight started to creep on. Three months later, my first child was born. For the first time ever, I had a responsibility for somebody other than myself, and it hit me like a bus. The sleepless nights, lack of routine, and trying to rehab my knee took its toll. Then, when my firstborn was three months old, we were blessed with the news my partner was expecting again... this time twins 😂. The next 9 months while we prepared for their arrival was the most stressful time of my life. I completely lost myself in the stress of trying to get everything in order, run the gym, and support my partner who was mega pregnant. Then when the twins came... as you can imagine, things just got harder and harder. We went from no babies to 3 babies in 13 months. In that time, I put on over 20kg in weight. I lost all my fitness and nearly had multiple breakdowns. I wasn't in a great place but knew I had to keep struggling on. Last year, I decided enough was enough and set myself a plan to get back to somewhere near where I was. I went from my largest at 123kg down to about 97kg in around 14 months. No crazy dieting, just consistent, small wins. I'm more than likely never going to be at the fitness levels I was in my 20s. Nor do I want to train to that level. Now I train for longevity and I try to live my life as optimally as time allows me. I'm a busy dad of 3 under 3 trying my best to give my kids the best start in life, and I want to be around long enough to see them grow up. Don't neglect your own health, it's a slippery slope once you lose control. It can be a lonely place being dad and the provider. If theres any dads out there that are struggling and need any advice at all, just give me a shout. You're not alone 💪
