Why do we need a white paper for this, we already know that the TN debt was highest than ever before under MKS rule. Even on2021 debt was highest under EPS rule than previous governments, same case as on 2016 under Jayalalitha and in 2011 under Karunanidhi. If we check the debt on 2031 it will be higher than 2026 debt. What we must check is Debt to GDP ratio which is well within FRBM limit lesser than most states.

Today I went to the showroom to buy a car. That's where I came across the Hyundai Creta Electric, which would cost around ₹24 lakh. But then I asked one of my friends for his opinion. He simply said, "If you are buying a car mainly for city use, an EV is a great choice. He replied, "With a petrol car, you just fill up the tank and hit the road. With an EV, many times you end up planning the charging more than the journey itself." அதானே முறை! சரி.. ப்ளாஷ் பேக் போதும். .இப்போதைய பஞ்சாயத்துக்கு வருவோம். கோவை ராமநாதபுரத்தில் முன்பு RHR உணவகம் இருந்த இடத்தில் புதுப்பித்து அங்கே உள்ள பெரிய கட்டடத்தில் முதல் மாடியிலும் சுவையகக் கிளை உள்ளதாம். நான் நேரில் சென்றதில்லை. உணவகங்களுக்குச் செல்வதோ, இணையம் வழியே உணவு வாங்குவதோ இப்போதெல்லாம் மிகக் குறைவுதான். நேற்றிரவு 8:15 மணிக்கு அப்படித்தான் சொமேட்டோ வழியாக அவர்கள் உணவகத்தில் பாவ் பாஜி, வடா பாவ், பருப்பு போலி, பானி பூரி ஆகியவற்றை ஆர்டர் செய்தேன். இணையம் வழியே தொகையும் செலுத்தி விட்டேன். இருநூற்று சொச்சம் ஆனது. ஆர்டர் கொடுத்த ஓரிரு நிமிடங்களில் ஆர்டர் கேன்சல் என்று குறுந்தகவல் வந்தது. என்ன காரணம் என்று தெரியவில்லை. எதுவும் அழைப்பில்லை. பொதுவாக உணவகங்களில் நாம் ஆர்டர் செய்யும் பொருட்கள் இல்லையென்றால் உடனே அந்தச் செயலியிலேயே அந்தத் தகவல் வரும். அதற்குப் பதிலாக அதே தொகைக்கு வேறு எதுவும் பொருள் வேண்டுமா என்று கேட்பார்கள். பல உணவகங்களில் நம்மைத் தொலைபேசியில் அழைத்தும் கேட்பார்கள். ஆனால் அப்படி எதுவுமே நடக்கவில்லை. ஒன்றே ஒன்று என்றாலும் பரவாயில்லை. முடிந்திருக்கும். அதனால் கேன்சல் செய்திருப்பார்கள் என்று நினைக்கலாம். நான்கு வெவ்வேறு உணவு வகைகள். அதில் எதாவது ஒன்று இல்லையென்றால் ஒட்டு மொத்த ஆர்டரையும் ஏன் கேன்சல் செய்ய வேண்டும்? அட.. குறைந்தபட்சம் அப்படிச் செய்வதற்கு முன்பு அழைத்தாவது கேட்கலாமல்லவா? இது prepaid order என்பதால் அந்தத் தொகை நமக்கு மீண்டும் வர நான்கைந்து நாட்கள் ஆகும். வங்கித் தரப்பிலிருந்து எடுத்துக் கொள்ளும் காலக்கட்டம் இது. சரி.. தப்பித்தவறி என்னிடம் நேற்று அந்த இருநூற்று சொச்சம் மட்டுமே இருந்தது என்று வைத்துக் கொள்வோம். இவர்கள் கேன்சல் செய்த பிறகு மீண்டும் ஆர்டர் செய்ய தொகை இல்லாமல் பட்டினி கிடக்க வேண்டுமா? அட.. உணவகத் தரப்பில் நமக்கு உணவை அனுப்பி விட்டு நான்கைந்து நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு நாம் தொகை அனுப்பினால் ஒத்துக் கொள்வார்களா? இதில் அடுத்த அரை மணி நேரத்துக்குப் பிறகும் அதே உணவு வகைகள் சொமேட்டோ, ஸ்விகி ஆகியவற்றில் அவர்களிடம் இருப்பதாகக் காட்டியது. இன்னும் யாரெல்லாம் அதை ஆர்டர் செய்து கேன்சல் ஆனதோ?! இந்த உணவகக் கிளையில் இது முதல் முறையல்ல. ஏற்கனவே சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பும் இது போல எனக்கு நடந்திருக்கிறது. கூகுளில் சென்று பார்த்தால் அங்கே பின்னூட்டங்களில் பலரும் அந்த உணவக ஊழியர்கள் அலட்சியம் குறித்து வேதனை தெரிவித்திருப்பதையும் பார்க்க முடிகிறது. ஆனந்தாஸின் இந்தக் கிளையில் மட்டுமே இப்படியா அல்லது எங்கும் அப்படித்தானா தெரியவில்லை! அவர்கள் மின்னஞ்சலைத் தேடிப் பிடித்து இது குறித்து மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்பினேன். இன்று காலையிலேயே பதில் வந்தது - மொட்டைத்தாத்தா குட்டையில் விழுந்தான் கணக்காக! ”அதெல்லாம் நாலஞ்சு நாளெல்லாம் ஆவாது. 2, 3 நாளிலேயே உன் காசு திரும்ப வந்திடும்” - அம்புட்டுத்தான். ஏன் அந்த ஆர்டர் கேன்சல் செய்தார்கள். ஏன் அழைத்துக் கூறவில்லை. அது குறித்து ஒரு சிறிய வருத்தம்.. ம்ஹும்.. அட.. மின்னஞ்சல் முடிக்கும் போது குறைந்தபட்சம் நன்றி தெரிவித்து விட்டாவது முடிக்க வேண்டுமல்லவா? I was talking with an NRI friend. Not rich. His 2 years old daughter suffered skull fracture due to fall. Local hospital transferred her promptly helicopter to the tertiary Children’s hospital in major city. (Imagine a middle class kid air transferred from Merath to National Children’s hospital in Delhi without any worry for cost). Thats what we should be aiming for. But Same NRIs will tell you how health care in India is the best because they could get X-ray of their bruised Pinky finger immediately in posh hospital in India. Don’t listen to them.
