cptsd & this trauma @ao was asked to supply &fit a oven 4 D & G 4 visits and ceo think s it not his concern strangely instead A0 fitter they booked Neff . Neff feel is not urgent and ceo dosent care of H&S incompetence breaching @H_S_E consumer act 2015 and equality law 2010

@ao Absolutely disgusted with AO kitchen appliances. My Beko tumble dryer has a serious fault. It’s 2 months out of warranty. Appliance has nearly caught fire twice. Spoke to numerous customer services representatives at AO. Replacement needed asap!

@ao I've emailed your customer resolutions team regarding a Consumer Rights Act claim (order: AOL217510322) but emails are blocked. I was quoted £1025 to fix a 2y old machine that cost £529. Can you provide a working email for your Executive office for my complaint?

@ao I’d like to commend your deliver drivers on doing a great job. But unfortunately leaving a washing machine in the middle of the kitchen for a 83yr old lady is just plain crap. Imagine being the company that won’t do that bit extra for its elderly customers.


Just spent a long 36 minutes on the phone to buy a washing machine from @ao as wasn't working online. Painful and frustrating. Service needs to be much more efficient!!

@ao the man who phoned to arrange our insurance for the new fridge freezer this morning was sullen, rude and difficult. Train your staff better. We’ve pad good money. The least you can do is make sure your staff can be decent and polite.

@ao Hey I'm looking to purchase a washing machine and I'll need to pay for the install service which includes recycling the old machine but I need to keep it as it's being returned to another company - do your delivery guys have to take it or will the leave it?
