@MalcolmCromb @TrooliFibre Have to agree based on my experience over the past month. They continually point you towards the network status page which has nothing relevant on it!

@TrooliFibre A simple piece of advice in the season of goodwill - avoid Trooli! A good product let down by constant service interruptions. Service down currently. Slow response from Helpdesk. A loss of service for 10 out of last 30 days.

@virginmedia It appears that your contractors pulling new cables in Wimborne, Dorset, have taken down internet for multiple customers on two occasions, and damaged a water main. Seems more work is scheduled - can you please ensure your contractors cause less chaos?!
