@breadcircuspub @EwanBen @Dykeocletian Isn’t he part of that church the guy who owns GB News is involved with?
English

@EwanBen @Dykeocletian Jeez … crank Evangelicalism and far right populism …wholesome stuff 🤮

@martinshawx @doctoriaindarcy @gilescoren @thetimes If they didn't sack him for laughing at a woman dying they're probably not going to sack him for this.
English

Another day, more late-night abuse from @gilescoren and another lie that he had to take down. He never sent a DM, which he couldn’t do since neither of us follows the other, and he never apologised. Now up to @thetimes to address this behaviour carried out in its name.

@realzoestrimpel I've seen parents in Gaza carring the remains of their children in platics bags, bodies buring in hospital beds, people with limbs blown off by IDF bombs.
But these drawings are pretty bad too, I guess.
English

@manutddevil99 @EPLBible No biggy , just wasn’t sure who you think’s sposed to be ‘ worried ‘ by these folk ?
English

@chriselus @Searchlight_mag That's literally authoritarian it's fascism.
English

Total humiliation for UKIP in Liverpool when they actually tried to ‘Walk for Jesus'.
Police let them out of their holding pen, they got about about ten yards, and were forced back by anti-fascists on three sides.
Now hugely outnumbered and penned in behind barriers, relying completely on police protection.
It’s going to be a bleak afternoon.
And still no sign of Tenconi.
This is why they call him TACO…

@CeilNoyle Lolz
Then it’s back to standing by a small roundabout on the outskirts of Northern retail park with a quizzical look on his face , questioning the Starmer project whilst staying quietly resolute in opposition to all / any left wing adventurism etc

@I_amMukhtar This all a construct , even at this late stage of the spectacle, this isn’t possible 😐
😭😭😭

Officer Lisa broke down in court when they played the diss track about her. The camera cut to Afroman, and he's just vibing to his song.
America is not a real place.
Mukhtar@I_amMukhtar
Meanwhile, in America. Police raided rapper Afroman’s house. They didn’t charge him with anything, but they trashed his home and stole $400. He captured the raid on CCTV. He then dropped diss tracks roasting them. They sued him for defamation, and he won.

@anon_opin Do Sneaker Pimps count? I listened to Post Modern Sleaze earlier and that sounded shite.

J’ACCUSE @guardian 🚨‼️
I proudly stood today alongside Jews, our allies and @OurFightUk outside the Guardian offices to protest against the truly irresponsible ‘journalism’ from @jonathanliew who described the presence of Gail’s Bakery in Archway as ‘heavy-handed high street aggression’ simply because it was originally founded by an Israeli Jew and that there is a Palestinian Cafe situated around the corner.
We seem to be reaching a point where antisemitism is being completely normalised under the guise of anti-Zionism, even within institutions that are supposed to be trustworthy, the fighters for good and to be held in high esteem.
At a time when antisemitic incidents are rising, hate marches are taking over our cities, Jews are daily faced with violent incidents and are seriously considering having to leave the UK, journalists have a responsibility to write with care, not in ways that risk fuelling hostility or intimidation toward Jewish communities.
History shows us where this can lead. The Holocaust did not begin with the murder of six million Jews, it began with rhetoric, blood libel, boycotts and the systematic targeting and exclusion of Jewish businesses and people.
Words matter
THE GUARDIAN AND JONATHAN LIEW SHOULD DO BETTER.

@cymrurouge As our glorious but sadly (and inevitably, due to ‘ farce ‘ issues
) YP branch was dying in Dec/Jan, this was v much the remaining , core idea (as such).
Hoping it survives the drift towards the Greens ahead of May
( welcome back btw, once again ✊)
English

@deborahlipstadt Goes without saying ‘ anti semitism ‘ as a term is now so broad it’s losing useful meaning … but could you point us to one single example of AS in that article according to even your ( no doubt all encompassing ) definition of it ?
English

If you are not following the Guardian’s facilitation of outright antisemitism on its opinion pages, you should. Now it’s trying to wriggle out by claiming the article was misunderstood. And I have a bridge in Brooklyn that I would happily sell to the #guardian
Josh Howie@joshxhowie
Nah. You know exactly what you did. After years of minimising the violence directed at Jews. And now you think you can weasel out of it. We see you @guardian. And you’ll see us tomorrow.
English

@chrismiles78 @lporiginalg What are you chatting about ffs 😭😭😭

street art runs on the idea of someone outrunning the police & sticking it to the system. if the artist is revealed to be a regular, older man, it changes the story from rebellion to hobby.
banksy represents a kind of counterculture.
if the face of that culture doesn't match the vibe of the fans, the connection breaks.
people who bought the art to feel edgy suddenly feel like they’re just holding an expensive piece of paper by a guy who looks like their uncle.
and collectors will be running for the exits
