@ohhiihey @Morrigan_Astro Apparently they had her on high doses of morphine so they likely had her opioid addicted instead of treatment alternatives. They. Wanted. To. Sell. Her. Organs. And. They. Will. Try. To. Keep. Going. And. Do. This. To. Others. Like. Her. This was Step 1.

This woman actually needs a combination of heavy nutritional therapy (GAPS diet) Years of therapy with a licensed proffesional who specializes in PTSD recovery… and exercises that release trauma from the mind and body … nervous system exercises daily … love, ,care and support from her community and to know that there was justice for her and her rapists have been executed…That is how you heal this trauma ! Not kill her ! This is so fucking evil!

25-year-old Noelia Castillo Ramos is scheduled to be the first victim of euthanasia in Spain due to depression. She was gang-raped in state care in 2022, after which she attempted suicide, which left her paraplegic. Tomorrow Spain will be assisting her suicide. Pray for angels to intervene and that she changes her mind.

Noelia’s euthanasia for depression, at just 25 years old, took place in her room at Sant Camil Hospital at 6 p.m. in Barcelona. Her final wishes were to be elegantly dressed with light makeup. She also requested to be alone when she died. Doctors injected a toxin into her veins and she stopped breathing. A rape victim who was failed by her own country. Rest in peace angel. 🙏

@TomKennedy76er @ksorbs Did you just ask if the vulnerable young woman with a history of suicide attempt volunteered for this? She never should have been allowed near the program. She was not near death and they likely had her addicted to opioids. This is disgusting. They wanted her organs.

@heidiklessigmd @MaryBowdenMD Every day I am more and more convinced to have as little to do with doctors and ESPECIALLY hospitals. Zero trust for the most part.

According to her lawyer, Noelia Castillo Ramos cannot change her mind about undergoing euthanasia because her organs are already committed. Her lawyer highlights the hospital’s conflict of interest in this case, because Noelia’s organs are worth millions in billable charges. This graphic is from the 2025 Milliman report on transplant charges:

@AtavisticAutist @bbbbbirdie @woke8yearold Someone said she was taking high doses of morphine. Why wasn't her pain being treated with opioid alternatives, including non-pharmaceuticals? They just murdered a likely opioid addicted vulnerable depressed woman for her organs. Actual Monsters.

@bbbbbirdie @woke8yearold Suicidality is literally a symptom of BPD, which she has. Euthanizing her means fulfilling the ultimate expression of her pathology. Publish her treatment history! I doubt it is actually exhaustive and includes experimental treatments -- just SSRIs and antipsychotics probably

I’ve become more or less convinced the slippery slope is real for Euthanasia. What should be reserved for terminal patients in intense pain is used for shit like this
Inevitable West@Inevitablewest

This story is horrific. This girl with mental issues was taken from her parents and thrown in a state-run facility with MENA migrant minors. They then gang-raped her. It traumatised her and led to a suicide attempt which left her paraplegic. Today, Spain will euthanise her.

@Lumi_XBT @NiohBerg This is happening in Canada as well. They are practically offering it on a platter to people it should NOT be pushed upon. This is sick. The people against euthanasia warned everyone this would happen. If you give them an inch, they take a mile.

@NiohBerg If these reports are accurate, it raises serious questions about how vulnerable people are protected and supported. Situations like this deserve careful investigation and accountability.

@bitcloud @NiohBerg A state execution of a traumatised rape victim...for organs. You forgot the part where their intent was to murder a vulnerable young woman for her organs.

@NannaOfDragons @NiohBerg This should not be legal. They should not be allowed to prey on a young woman who needed other treatments. She should have been rejected simply because she was not near death and had a history of suicide attempt. What a horror show. Murdered for organs...

The hospital has allegedly refused Noelia's best friend from seeing her before she is killed by "assisted suicide". "I wanted to try to change her mind." What kind of sick and EVIL shit is happening in Spain right now?

@CensorshipsGay @CassandraRules They said her legs felt difficult for her and they pumped her full of morphine while they planned to steal her organs. This never should have happened. She should have been treated. They told her mom they would not stop because her organs were promised. What the actual fuck?

@ultimatemeu @Dinosaur_Kath @Sreliata @MattWallace888 Yeah, morphine is NOT the only answer for pain. And maybe they should start there. Is she now an opioid addict? Perhaps they should have tried weaning her from morphine and moving to alternatives instead of setting her up for organ harvesting. This is the most shady sad event.

@CensorshipsGay @CassandraRules Watch videos. She had mobility that allowed her to walk upstairs, put on makeup, etc... Her life had struggles, but all of them had many answers other than murdering her for organs. She could make a life that makes sense for her. Where was the help to support her in that?

@CassandraRules Other than her decision to allow someone else to kill her, her agency was completely taken away. She was paralyzed and that would serve as a constant reminder. What I'm mad about is that the rapists are still alive. She should have lived long enough to see them flayed.

@Ioav778 @JemappelleEve Everyone should be horrified that a young woman who was not near death and had a history of depression and suicide attempt was allowed into this process to begin with. It is blatant murder for organs. The world has failed her.

@chalethigh1 @alvinfoo What? Reaction time of a healthy young male is 200 to 300 milliseconds. He had time to react, but not much to do. The passengers reported it felt harder than usual right after the landing and then the thud as it struck the truck. All he could do was brake harder. We will see.

@alvinfoo He did the best he could with what he had. 9 seconds is not even time to react. He landed and ran into the fire truck. It was not heroism, no matter how anyone wants to paint it. He did not have time to even think about what to do. Not sure why everyone wants a hero?

@Elizabethbor10 @MattWallace888 Treatment resistant? While they were fighting for 2 years to kill her for her organs, who was treating her with the sincere goal to help her? She NEVER should have been allowed into this process. She had a history of suicide attempt. This is a state sanctioned organ harvest.

@vmp1re__0 @AbogadosCrist Oh yeah, if it's so clear cut, then why has it taken years of court battles? It's not okay. It has repeatedly been argued that she is depressed and has a history of suicidal ideation and at least one suicide attempt. All of which should make her ineligible to anyone with a brain.

@milaparola @MattWallace888 What I know about her is that she needed help. And she still does. And the people around her are failing her. We do not endorse suicidal ideation. We recognize it as a symptom of serious issues and then help. We don't take it into a court and argue that sure, she should jgkh.
