& reg non co-operative customer support. No. of follow up email complaints sent, its over a wk now, no revert on action taken. Earlier exper. Apollo doc advise raised issue with Apollo hosp MD, they immed apologised stated will not happen again?
@ApolloKarnataka Pathetic services Apollo labtests : they forgot to arrange sample pick up next day. Called Customer support next day, they kept putting our call on hold & disconnecting the call. Only on our 4th call was our complaint accepted reg the issue,

They wait for customers to report Fraud profiles which is unethical & irresponsible. Customer support does not respond immediately - may respond at random. Direct access to senior exec for Platinum members as committed on package - is not available !

My daughter Ruchitaa Shankar has been unable to file / acknowledge returns due to this ongoing issue since early 2022.
Urgent Notice!
As per Income-tax Act, 1961, it is mandatory for all PAN holders, who do not come under the exempt category, to link their PAN with Aadhaar before 31.3.2023.
From 1.04.2023, the unlinked PAN shall become inoperative.
Please don’t delay, link it today!

To date she has not received any response.

Since no action, she gave another letter dated 30th Jan 2023 - to cancel OLD Pan, so as to use new 2nd PAN as it was linked to Aadhar, no response!
