Self revives seriously deserve to be limited in some way, either by being restricted to one per person or being significantly rarer/more expensive. Nobody should be self rezzing 4 times in a single fight, and yet in Cryo it’s expected for teams to have several per person.

he isnt mad she left to tend a patient tho, she is mad she left 1. without telling anyone (unsafe) 2. while she had a patient who was dying and he had to be there to call the TOD (selfish on his part) 3. took a med student when they need to tend the patients (understandable)

Congratulations to all the runners who’ve been battling it out in the floating death fridge we call Cryo Archive! We’ve been watching and ingesting all the thoughts and feedback that we’re hearing, aggregating it and taking it down in notes. After this weekend we’ll spend some time looking into feedback and thinking of the next iterations we want to make: Main topics we’ve noted so far: - Scheduling : options for players who can’t play on weekends - Solos : is there any way to play this map without joining a crew? - Subroutines: can subroutines be more guaranteed as a drop from vaults? Any of these may take some time to figure out so I can’t guarantee quick solutions here but we’ll definitely discuss these topics as a team this week. Thanks for sticking with us as we evolve the game, and helping us fight the good fight against the cyborgs, robots, and aliens!

@staycationtg I was starting to feel bad that my vault is empty but then I realised I filled it in a week, and I’ll just fill it again. This is peak game design.

After 10 hours of Cryo, I need therapy. The map is incredible, the puzzles and mysteries overwhelm in the best way possible, I LOVE that everyone you fight has the GOOP. My wallet and Vault are absolutely rinsed. I always complain about stash space, this solution was effective.

It's really crazy that Bungie could have made an approachable, mainstream compatible, bog-standard extraction shooter, and instead decided to make one of the most brutal, highest skill ceiling, creatively designed multiplayer experiences of all time

But is it really so bad to build a mode where new players can learn these skills and grow. Don’t give them loot. Let them learn

Idea for @MarathonTheGame: Exploration mode. Separated map instance for all maps in the game. Players who load in spawn with no gear. No enemies. No loot. No combat. No access to secrets. 30:00 minute timer. No rewards or XP. Players can freely explore the map to learn its layout before exfilling at any time.

@JakeParkerLIVE @MarathonTheGame This seems like a great way to strip the game of its special vibe. The environments without any of this would feel bare and unfinished.

@SillySiji @FroggyForeal @RiloeGaming The cutscene produced by an outside agency? Bungie has everything to lose by intentionally plagiarising and very little to gain. It is individual workers doing this in isolated instances. They have a ton of artists on the payroll, you can buy books full of bungie concept art.

@FroggyForeal @RiloeGaming Buddy it was Antireal design language that built up the design of Marathon. The shooting and mechanics are literally just Destiny painted over. Even the UI is Destiny-esque. Did you think the inventory was original? Bungie did the bare minimum for your cash and succeeded.
