لاہور کے تھانہ شاہدرہ ٹاؤن پولیس کا ایک اور افسوسناک اور شرمناک کارنامہ سامنے آ گیا۔۔۔ تیس سالہ خاتون سائرہ کے اغوا کا مقدمہ اُس وقت درج کیا گیا جب اسے بے دردی سے قتل کر دیا گیا۔۔۔ مقتولہ سائرہ چار بچوں کی ماں تھی اور اپنے خاوند کے ق۔ت۔ل کے کیس میں ملزمہ تھی، جو دو ماہ قبل ہائیکورٹ سے ضمانت پر رہا ہوئی تھی۔ دو روز قبل وہ فیروزوالہ کچری میں پیشی پر آئی، جہاں سے مبینہ طور پر سسرال والوں نے اسے اغوا کر لیا۔۔۔ مقتولہ کی بوڑھی والدہ اپنی بیٹی کی تلاش میں دربدر ہوتی رہی۔۔۔ وہ پہلے تھانہ فیروزوالہ گئی، جہاں پولیس نے بے حسی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ “تیری بیٹی کسی کے ساتھ بھاگ گئی ہوگی، خود ہی واپس آ جائے گی” اور اسے ٹال دیا۔۔۔ مایوس ماں اپنے متعلقہ تھانے سبزار گئی، مگر وہاں بھی کسی نے اس کی فریاد نہ سنی۔۔۔ آخر کار اس نے 15 پر کال کی، جس کے بعد اسے تھانہ شاہدرہ ٹاؤن بلایا گیا۔۔۔ مگر وہاں بھی انصاف نہ ملا۔۔۔ پولیس نے اپنی مرضی کی درخواست لکھ کر، بغیر کوئی کارروائی کیے، بوڑھی ماں کو یہ کہہ کر واپس بھیج دیا کہ “صبح آنا”۔۔۔ وہ ماں اپنی بیٹی کی زندگی بچانے کے لیے تھانوں کے چکر لگاتی رہی۔۔۔ مگر کسی نے ذمہ داری نہ لی۔۔۔ اگلے روز جب وہ دوبارہ تھانے پہنچی تو ابھی مقدمہ بھی درج نہ ہو سکا تھا کہ ایک فون کال نے اس کی دنیا اجاڑ دی۔۔۔ سائرہ کو مریدکے کے علاقے ننگل ساداں میں بے دردی سے ق۔ت۔ل کر دیا گیا۔۔۔ اس پر انسانیت سوز تشدد کیا گیا۔۔۔ جسم کو جلایا گیا، ہونٹ اور کان کاٹے گئے، نازک حصوں پر سگریٹ سے جلایا گیا اور آخر میں 6 گولیاں مار کر اسے موت کے گھاٹ اتار دیا گیا۔۔۔ یہ ظلم یہاں ختم نہیں ہوا۔۔۔ تھانہ صدر مریدکے پولیس نے بھی بے حسی کی انتہا کرتے ہوئے سائرہ کی لاش کو کوڑا اٹھانے والی ٹرالی میں ڈال کر ہسپتال منتقل کیا۔۔۔ جب ق۔ت۔ل کی خبر سامنے آئی تو تھانہ شاہدرہ ٹاؤن پولیس نے اپنی نااہلی چھپانے کے لیے فوری اغوا کا مقدمہ درج کر لیا۔۔۔ مقتولہ کی ماں آج بھی انصاف کے لیے رو رہی ہے۔۔۔ اور سی سی ڈی کے انچارج سہیل ظفر چٹھہ اور وزیر اعلیٰ مریم نواز سے اپیل کی کہ اس کی بیٹی کے قاتلوں کو فوری گرفتار کرکے کیفر کردار تک پہنچایا جائے۔۔۔ یہ واقعہ صرف ایک قتل نہیں، بلکہ نظام کی بے حسی، پولیس کی نااہلی اور انسانیت کے زوال کی دردناک مثال ہے۔۔۔ آخر کب تک غریب ماں باپ اپنے بچوں کی لاشیں اٹھاتے رہیں گے؟ کب انصاف صرف طاقتوروں کے لیے ہوگا اور کمزور یوں ہی رُلتے رہیں گے؟ اب بھی وقت ہے۔۔۔ انصاف کریں، ورنہ یہ خاموشیاں مزید لاشیں مانگیں گی۔۔۔
