@Tradermayne Really? I just read the first few pages of book 1 and it sounds like another teenage dystopian novel with thinly veiled political takes. Is it better than that?

Going broke in Poker can happen faster than you think. Here’s what you need to know about bankroll management: 1. Your bankroll is your business capital. Treat it like one. You wouldn’t risk your entire business on one deal. Don’t risk your entire roll on one shot. 2. Move up when you’re ready, not when you’re impatient. Premature shot-taking is one of the most common ways good players go broke. Build a win rate at your current stake. When you feel confident, take a calculated shot. 3. Move down without ego. Dropping stakes is not failure. It’s smart. The players who refuse to move down are the ones who go broke. 4. Separate your poker money from your life money. The moment you need your poker bankroll to pay rent, you can’t play your best poker. Keep them separate, always. 5. Variance hits harder than you think it will. Whatever downswing you think you can handle, it will come worse. Prepare yourself mentally. 6. Shot-taking has rules. Define them before you take the shot. How much are you willing to lose? How many buy-ins? Decide off the table, not in the moment. 7. Win rate and bankroll requirements are linked. A lower win rate requires a bigger bankroll for the same stakes. Know your numbers. Play around with variance calculators. 8. Put ego aside. Moving down? Not playing the higher game? Playing shorter? Do what is necessary, not what feeds your ego. 9. Track everything. You cannot manage what you don’t measure. Hours, results, stakes, game type. Log every session. 10. Going broke is optional. It happens because of ego, impatience, or ignoring the math. None of those are inevitable. Choose discipline. Talent gets you to the table. Bankroll management keeps you there. You got this, champ ❤️

Decided to keep running until I cold approached a group of girls on the beach but then I never did and I also stopped running. My ex has a new bf and I still haven’t gotten the balls to download hinge it’s been 11 months. I think the reason she’s not texting me is she’s waiting for me to do a big display of love like dismember her bf (buddy is victim weight maybe 160lbs plus probably can’t cook good steak at all). She yearns for me to save her. He’s probably poor too. Dude timo chaletmet hair and dumb mustache fuck my chud ass life I hate Miami

prediction markets idea: a habit tracking app where you bet on yourself you commit to going to the gym 4 times this week and put $20 behind it your friends verify through location check-ins or photo proof if you hit it, you get your $20 back plus a cut from the pool of people who bet against themselves and failed prediction markets for personal accountability the mechanic works for studying, diet, screen time, sleep and anything with a verifiable outcome the app makes money from the people who consistently overestimate their discipline.

Small caps X is seriously retarded. You either have cry babies whining all day about decaying edge, or you have mental fckups that are just sick in the head. Maybe after 7 years it's about time to stop this X thing and move to something thats actually positive and +EV Bye

tried retatrutide for ~6 weeks (0.5-1.25mg per week) pros: - basically zero hunger - needed ~1 hr less sleep per night cons: - vivid dreams of myself dying over and over, every single night. waking up exhausted. ultimately not for me. fasting 24h per week seems easier.

Bunch of grown ups fighting on X like bitches over a girl's PnL from 2021. Who gives a fuck. We all know she's irrelevant. Stop giving her and her boyfriend a platform to act up. Just spreading her stupid video even more for no reason. People love to compare dick sizes in this trading game too much. Make your trade, spend your money, move on.

It never ceases to astonish me how much QUALITY day trading education exists publically due to how grim the overwhelming majority of market participants' chances are.

@IsaakMo @chesscom No, there was a move that kept objective equality, but he was out of prep and didn’t find it. Also it wasn’t even completely lost after, there still was a lot of tension in the game. However the time trouble was too bad for a position that sharp

67 minutes, 44 seconds. Hikaru's 13th move today was the second-longest move in Candidates history after Grischuk's 72 minute think in 2021. ⏰

A very shitty week in small caps for me. Thankfully, I’ve cut size so much that I’m still up a decent amount YTD. What’s most concerning is that the broader market was weak, and that’s usually when I do well. Clearly there are other factors at play now. I have a theory. On top of the usual Chinese and domestic riggers, we’re also seeing a real scalping renaissance. Some htb brokers seem to have figured out that by offering near-zero commissions to hyperactive traders, they can still make plenty overall without relying on PFOF. Now every dip gets bought by both short scalpers covering and long scalpers chasing. Nothing fades anymore.

That’s what I pay now, and Ive around that number since the beginning. I only move 2M shares a month or so so I don’t get .0005 yet, like @xavier_comas does (sage requires 5M). I still manage to at least pay for my locates with that rate haha I almost never pay more than I get paid.

If you want exposure to memory, $DRAM is a genuinely great ETF. I normally don't praise ETFs, but this is solid. 1. $MU - 24.63% 2. Samsung - 24.11% 3. SK Hynix - 23.08% 4. $SNDK - 4.9% 5. Kioxia - 4.86% 6. $WDC - 4.77% 7. Nanya - 3.89% 8. Winbond - 2.4% Disclosure: Friends over at @roundhill did reach out about the launch, but I'm not getting paid to say this (just in case you think this random post is sponsored, it's not). Just a genuinely great ETF for memory exposure if you don't have access to foreign stocks. And I’d encourage more institutions to make ETFs like this.
