All the 'adult animation' and 'mature cartoon' shows can trauma dump, shower argument, social issue and realistic anxiety attack all they want.
All of them combined can't come close to the natural emotional weight of Futurama. A comedy that was canceled twice.

Jokes aside: the little dude loved it.
It was way better than the last 2, they handled the whole “toys vs screens” debate well imo.
Focused more on the effects screens have on kids social interaction.
Worth seeing if you’ve got a little one.

It was way more powerful when Jessie’s original owner was a faceless girl who simply grew up and no longer needed Jessie, and the way they incorporate the character into TOY STORY 5 undercuts Jessie’s arc in the second film.
