This dialogue echoes our original Itheum whitepaper from 2021. It warned about the dangers of “data brokers” and how user data is harvested and used against you. Itheum has been building an alternative tech stack for apps that don’t harvest or exploit data. We didn’t choose this path because it was easy, profitable, or trendy - we chose it because protecting your data and privacy is a fundamental human need, and it was the hard thing to do. And we’ll continue to innovate in this space.

3/3 If content is misleading or misrepresented, the community can raise an on-chain dispute. A DAO can slash the creator’s stake and redistribute it to affected buyers - all enforced via smart contracts.
