@virginmedia I’ve tried that various times and most of them cannot assist apparently only one specific agent within the company is able to process a contract renewal. I’m not willing to waste any further time trying to call you

@SpinCat1 @virginmedia @SkyUK @bt_global Appreciate that Richard I’ll definitely give it a go but as you’ve mentioned don’t expect much from Virgin at all as it stands the service is shocking I’m literally trying to discuss the contract renewal and have now been told only one agent can do it but doesnt accept calls 😅

Love that whenever @greateranglia trains are delayed they just remove certain stops that they’re calling at to enable them to catch up.. love waiting half hour + the delay for the next train to my stop 👌🏼

Tried to upgrade as an existing customer with @virginmedia with an excellent credit score, Never been rejected in my life and they won’t approve a phone contract with no explanation as to why? 🤔 21 days to hear back from them 👏🏼

@virginmedia So why advertise an iPhone online if its for existing virgin media customers only? Genuinely you can’t see the issue here? I’ll make sure I take my business to an alternative provider in the future if you can’t be bothered to assist.

@virginmedia Which already seems outrageous? I have an excellent external credit, i’m a customer of Virgin trying to take another service you offer? How can I build credit if you won’t supply the phone? Your underwriters take a month to reply?
