@alicekeeler I often follow the interview with a walk around inside building. The talking tour tells me much more. It’s a double interview! Candidates need to want me as a boss, too!

My friend is telling me about the interview questions he was asked ... apparently admitting you're an artist was a negative :( Is how good you are at interviewing correlate to how good you are as a teacher?
