@MSFT365Status Message traces and purview audit queries appear stuck in the queue this afternoon, an hour and a half later and till on 0% or "not started" - I'm a UK user if that helps.
@HighwaysSEAST So on the M27 eastbound at j8 where the slip road signs say 40 mph, the physical temporary signs say 50, some sgantry’s say nothing at all and some gantry’s say 50, is it any wonder no one knows what speed to do. Please sort this mess out.
We've reduced speed limits to 50 mph in the region for safety while we carry out a planned technology upgrade. You won't see us at the roadside as we're working behind the scenes. Thanks for your patience.
@MicrosoftHelps Thanks for replying. I am not the one having the problems - lots of my customers are and as you can see from that link so are many other customers, I was trying to bring it to your attention to get investigated. They are all trying to backup to personal ms accounts on android.
@MSFT365Status You seem to have an issue with MS authenticator cloud backups failing on android, but have not officially acknowledged this on the message centre learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/… please can you take a look
@GaryMcI74904767 Thanks for getting back to me. The latest update to the Santander Mobile Banking App has simplified the balance information shown on the home screen. The 'Balance incl. pending' figure has been renamed to 'Available balance'. I hope this helps. ^PH
@santanderukhelp@RoseyVictoria1 Don't go to Santander unless you enjoy your account being frozen for no reason, branches that are shut more than they are open & when open there's 1 person on the counter while another will be trying to direct as many people away from the counter as possible! +poor interest rates

Chase customers... bad news. Its just announced its slashing its cashback offering. From the current 1% on most things worldwide. It will be 1% only on UK groceries, transport and fuel services from 7 April. This will lose its number 1 status as overseas spending card & cashback card.
Its not quite a ditch it, but its certainly a find alternatives. My team and I will work through what to do and do all the alternatives in next weeks MSE weekly email.
@santanderukhelp Your app must be really bad then if it needs to be taken out of service for maintenance overnight almost every single night! unlike the other banks.

@santanderukhelp No it is working fine! there was a caption saying it was unavailable during maintenance, but my point is you seem to be doing this most nights now and I am fed up of it.
