भाजपा सरकार में “बिहारी होना” ही सबसे बड़ा अपराध और देशद्रोह हो गया है। नई दिल्ली में खगड़िया निवासी 23 वर्षीय युवक पांडव कुमार की सिर्फ इसलिए गोली मार कर हत्या कर दी गई क्योंकि वह ‘बिहारी’ था। ‘बिहारी होने के अपराध’ में ही उसका दोस्त कृष्ण जिंदगी और मौत के बीच जूझ रहा है। देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में जिस जगह “बिहारी” समझ गोली मारी गई है वहाँ निगम पार्षद बीजेपी का, विधायक बीजेपी का, सांसद बीजेपी का, CM बीजेपी का, बिहार CM बीजेपी का, आधा दर्जन निष्क्रिय बड़बोले केंद्रीय मंत्री बिहार के, उपराज्यपाल BJP के, गृहमंत्री BJP के, प्रधानमंत्री BJP के है। बीजेपी बिहारियों के लिए काल बन चुकी है। क्या इन भाजपाइयों में किसी में हिम्मत है कि एक गरीब मेहनतकश बिहारी की हत्या करने वाले उस हत्यारे पुलिसकर्मी को सजा दिलवा सके? असल में, 21 वर्षों की नीतीश-भाजपा की खराब नीतियों के कारण बिहारवासियों को मजबूरन दूसरे राज्यों में पलायन करना पड़ता है, और दूसरे राज्यों की भाजपा सरकार और प्रशासन मेहनतकश बिहारियों को सम्मान नहीं बल्कि शक, नफरत और हीनभावना की नजर से देखती है। हर बार बिहारी पर अत्याचार होता है, प्रवासी बिहारी प्रताड़ना के शिकार होते हैं। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के अधीन आने वाली जिस दिल्ली पुलिस पर लोगों की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी है, उसी ने ‘बिहारी होने' मात्र से अपराधी मान लिया और गोली मार दी। इससे अधिक निंदनीय घटना क्या हो सकती है? बड़बोले एनडीए नेता इस घटना पर बिल में छिपे हुए है। हमारी मांग है कि बिहारियों को प्रताड़ित करने वाले वाली कथित डबल इंजन सरकार जल्द मामले की गहनता से जांच करवाकर दोषियों पर कारवाई करे। पीड़ित परिवार को उचित मुआवजा दे। हत्यारे की सजा दिलाए। ये घटना बिहार और बिहारवासियों के सम्मान पर आघात है। इसलिए न्याय चाहिए और अभी अविलंब चाहिए।
