@WestJet extremely frustrated. I had booked flights with West Jet via the phone. I received no confirmation. They denied me even calling, yet the couple we are travelling with who booked at the same time has a confirmation. Now because of West Jets error I need to pay more. Fair?

@WestJet disappointed, flying back to Victoria from Waterloo Ontario Weds Night with a connector in Calgary. Advised our connector has been cancelled - no reason given, & now we have a lay over of about 8hrs. I'm now out $ given I have to cancel a contract I had Thurs morning 😡

@WestJet attendant in Winnipeg gave our seats away after we arrived for connecting flight. Sent our luggage though….had to rent a car and drive 13 hours. Terrible, rude employees, bad customer service

Great to see @WestJet on the departure board for tomorrow from @Cardiff_Airport Looking at the the seatmaps and it suggests that the CWL-YYZ flight has a good load. YYZ-CWL is a bit lighter but Premium on that flight appears to be sold out.

Look at the difference here between @WestJet & @Delta . Insane over $2000. We live between Toronto and Detroit. But Detroit is easier to drive to & less than $2000 cheaper for my family compared to 🇨🇦 #westjet . #delta Will win every time. We need to fix this!Canada do better!

Hi @WestJet. It's been over a week since you overcharged my credit card for an upcoming flight. No answer on social media, or via your website support. What's up with that? Both the overcharge and the lack of response are completely unacceptable. @CTA_gc

@Delta Thoroughly disappointed by @WestJet and their bathroom policy denying access to the front restrooms! Access to a bathroom should not be based on the status of someone’s seat! My return flight is on this garbage airline and I’m pissed!
