@WestJet attendant in Winnipeg gave our seats away after we arrived for connecting flight. Sent our luggage though….had to rent a car and drive 13 hours. Terrible, rude employees, bad customer service

@Westjet_Sup_Dsk Tried to call and get some kind of help. Service didn’t care. Not sure about letting checked bags without passenger is legal??

In Canada across 4 major airports, Transport Canada approved 125,000 security clearances. 7500 of them were flagged by the RCMP as concerning. What happened to those flagged individuals? Nothing.
