Maintenance Complete – Everything is Back Online
Earlier today, we performed emergency maintenance due to an issue with our skin blacklist validation system for deposits.
As a result of this bug, some users attempted to abuse the system through multi-accounting and exploiting the issue for personal gain. We want to make it clear that exploiting bugs is not something we tolerate.
If you discover a vulnerability or bug in the future, please report it to our support team instead of attempting to exploit it. We highly appreciate responsible disclosure and are happy to reward users who help us improve the platform. Eligible reports may receive a bonus as a thank-you for helping keep the site fair and secure.
The issue has now been fixed, all systems are operating normally again, and the website is fully functional.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Of course, totally agree with that. The whole point of provably fair is to have a complete chain of predictable events via predetermined seeds. If you can’t reproduce the chain or nonce progression so to speak it stops being provably fair.
So in this case it is completely the responsibility of the operator no matter if its incompetence or malice.
English

That’s the problem though.
Maybe it’s malicious, maybe it’s just bad architecture/coding. I’m open to both possibilities.
But if real money was involved and the PF/session integrity was flawed, the player still carries the risk either way.
At some point “bad implementation” stops being an excuse and becomes the operator’s responsibility.

Question for people who understand provably fair systems:
I was recording my screen live on a casino with the fairness panel open, showing my client seed and the hashed server seed.
The casino support told me to clear cookies/cache as a troubleshooting step, so I followed their own instructions.
After clearing cookies/cache and logging back into the exact same account, I noticed that the seed shown on the site was different, even though I had not manually requested any seed change.
To check whether it was just a visual/UI issue, I saved the auth token from both sessions: one before clearing cookies/cache and one after logging back in.
Obviously, the tokens were different because they were two different sessions, but both belonged to the same account.
The strange part is that when I called the API endpoint to get the seed data using each token, the API returned different seed information for the same account.
So my question is:
Is this considered normal behavior in a provably fair system, where seed data can vary depending on the session/token?
Or should the active seed be clearly tied to the account, with every change requiring explicit user action, a clear warning, or at least a transparent audit trail?
Because if following a normal support-recommended action like clearing cookies/cache can result in different seed data being returned for the same account, that seems concerning for a casino claiming to be provably fair.
Not accusing anyone yet. I’m asking the community before making any conclusions.

Is this technically acceptable, or is it a serious red flag?
P.S. I have the entire process recorded.

@rustneogg So why They would change and not tell the Player? I was recording, but what if not?
