they truly live in their own incest bubble
Neymar's right toe is more Talented than any premier league player EVER
tmw 🔮@themaskedw1nger
The Overlap opinions on Neymar. Just admit you never watched him ffs🤦♂️
English

@ManagerTactical England only created the basic passing game, it was actually Scotland who turned it professional, and Uruguay onto a World level, creating changes along the way.
English

@SelecaoTalk Neymar has been complet flop at the big clubs he went to. He wasn’t even the best player in his team at Barca or PSG. Carried by better players.
English

If Neymar was English he’d be by FAR their greatest player of all time and they’d have built statues of him around the country.
England has never witnessed a player of Neymar’s ability or natural talent.

🎙️Wayne Rooney: “I’ve never seen Neymar as a top, top player.” 🇧🇷 [@WeAreTheOverlap]
English

@objective_cfc Talksport have literally been talking ALL DAY about Howe should resign.
They are the biggest sports media channel in the UK.
So, maybe think before you talk.
English

@Neycromancer Neymar failed at all the top European clubs. He was a huge let down. He was nowhere near the best player even in those teams. Barca, PSG….everywhere. He had to be carried.
English

There isn’t a single thing in football that Wayne Rooney does that Neymar can’t do at least three times better.

🚨 WTF! 🤯 Wayne Rooney: “I’ve never seen Neymar as a top, top player.” 🇧🇷 🎥 @WeAreTheOverlap
English

@Vimhype_ @FPLfrasier 😂🤣🤡 Copa America has only 2 decent teams in it & hardly any teams in total in it. It has also been played twice as often as the Euros. The quality of the Euros, from top to bottom, is higher than the World Cup.
If you had any knowledge of football you would know this.
English

Major finals with the senior national team:
Neymar: 3
Rooney: 0
Trophies won with the national team
Neymar: 2
Rooney: 0
Champions League assists
Neymar: 33
Wayne Rooney: 8
Champions League goals
Neymar: 43 goals
Rooney: 30 goals
Highest Ballon d’Or ranking:
Neymar: 3rd. (twice in 2015 and 2017).
Rooney: 5th. (2011).
We all know who the mid was.
English

Does Rooney consider himself as a
top player? Because Neymar was better than Rooney.

@bushontheradio Your blood pressure will drop like a stone if you eat just one or two. Not a good idea. Maybe just a slice or two.
English

@ldnwillbeblue Of course it is not unfair. What is unfair is filthy cheating clubs breaking all financial rules for years.
English

At some point UEFA has to block this bullshit, it’s a completely unfair advantage.

@barneyxbt I warned everyone when they were screaming for ETFs and institutional investment. Well, you morons got what you asked for, crypto is just another risk asset now. Completely owned by Wall St
English

people are leaving crypto in numbers i’ve never seen in 9 years on this space and I get it.
we turned this space into the exact thing it was built to destroy.
institutions own it now. etfs, kyc, regulated everything.
the 100x is dead. that era is gone.
you’ll be lucky to pull a 2x going forward
and you’ll be grateful for it like a boomer staring at their 401k statement.
that’s what institutional adoption actually looks like.
nobody told you the tradeoff was giving up everything that made crypto worth being early to and the last window for real money was memes.
but memes are also ironically the final nail in the coffin.
we allowed every dollar to be drained out of the ecosystem and funneled it to insiders while retail held bags and pretended it was still fun lmfao
we literally destroyed the greatest financial revolution of our lifetime from the inside and now everyone’s shocked it doesn’t feel the same
it doesn’t feel the same because it isn’t

@JakeBaldino Any game that takes 8 hours before it starts being enjoyable can go in the bin. Terrible design

@TheNorfolkLion Everything is easy to steal by organized criminals in a country where crime is not even investigated.
They steal these lights to grow cannabis under.

@henrywinter Henry, the grappling at corners is nothing to do with why VAR works better in Europe. The reason is Howard Webb. Everything has got worse under him. No other league re-referees ever decision. VAR here seems to have one objective and that is to find a way to disallow goals
English

Footballing authorities emphasise VAR is here to stay and Uefa will hold a meeting with the Premier League and other major European leagues to get better alignment on VAR. The governing body of European football is understood to seek less of the microscopic intervention that has caused such controversy in the Premier League and Serie A.
VAR seems to work better in the Champions League because: teams more focused on playing football (rather than grappling at corners); standard of officiating is inevitably higher as Uefa draws upon elite referees from a range of countries; and Uefa’s lighter-touch stance on technology.
Mindful of fans’ frustrations with delays, Uefa would use VAR on corners only if it was immediately identifiable before the restart. Uefa’s use of the Hawkeye semi-automated offside (SAO) system working well. A more advanced, quicker "fuller" version of the Hawkeye SAO is currently being trialled for use by Fifa at the World Cup.
Again, mindful of the need to prevent needless delays, the assistant will be notified almost instantly of a clear offside and can flag immediately rather than letting play run on as often happens now and potentially risking collisions and injuries.
Uefa is expected to follow the Premier League in trialling a direct-to-consumer streaming service for Champions League matches. Premier League Plus is being launched in Singapore next season which will allow subscribers to watch all 380 games.
The presence of five Premier League teams in next season’s Champions League looks all but guaranteed with extra spot via Uefa co-efficients. There has been discussion amongst clubs on the Continent about whether “country protection” rules should be dispensed with earlier – in the league phase – so English clubs could meet and potentially knock each other out. Uefa’s Club Competitions Committee decided against this at a meeting earlier this season.
English

@Scott_Pert Loads of people are interested in it. The Premier League is utter dog shit now anyway, so look at it as a treat
