OpenAI’s culture is deeply customer-centric. We’re basically just an oversized YC company.
The level of engagement you see from our team on Twitter happens just as much, if not more, with our startup and enterprise customers.
I’m constantly amazed at the level of responsiveness and urgency we support customers with, given the size and scale we’re operating at.
This is likely because @sama was a YC founder and our company is largely operated by former founders.
I consistently hear feedback from our customers, no matter their size, that they appreciate this about working with OpenAI.

@strimblez codex app server being open source, codex desktop app being high quality, and the general attitude of openai feeling to respect / interact with developers feels significantly better
on fable at the moment but yeah frontier changes constantly
