Today we’re announcing our $113M Series B led by @CapitalGVC.
Over the last 6 months, weekly volume on OpenRouter grew from 5T to 25T tokens as AI rapidly shifts from experimentation into production.
We’re excited for what comes next.

I've had been an insane 16 months here at @OpenRouter. Today we announced our $113M Series B led by CapitalG.
We've seen tokens 4x in 6 months, now seeing 25T/week with 8M+ global users, and 400+ increasingly multimodal models. So proud of this team and the work we're doing.

Over 1 billion PDFs are created every day, but your agents still can’t read them reliably.
Today we’re releasing Parse 2.0, the most accurate document parsing API in the world.
Extend already processes millions of pages daily for leading AI teams like Brex, Mercury, Opendoor, Flatiron Health, and hundreds of others. Now, its even better.
Parse 2.0 is SOTA quality on RealDoc-Bench, our open source benchmark that measures agent success rate on real world docs that agents actually encounter in production.
We trained Parse 2.0 on 1M+ pages of the hardest documents seen in production. Here’s how it stacks up:
- #1 in healthcare, real estate, logistics, and financial services
- 95.7% agent Q&A accuracy on 581 docs (next best: 92%)
- 0.847 F1 on layout (next best: 0.759)
Give it a try today and build production-ready document agents with Extend.

@skeptrune the ancient days when you ran a google search that linked to a youtube video on how to fix an obscure mac setting for your os version...
will be nice to have that in the past
English

@ewstevenson yes but we need this to trickle down into macOS and windows

@skeptrune I attempted to build this 6 months ago an realized that I do not know enough about operating systems

@skeptrune Feels like apps, settings and menus eventually become implementation details hidden behind an AI layer.

moved my youngest brother (i have 3) into college this weekend (and by that i mean moved him onto a teammate’s couch and then to temporarily live with me lol).
he moved up to sf to wrestle at sf state & to break into b2b saas startup sales, a decision i helped mentor him through and have been incredibly excited about.
i talk to a ton of candidates daily and it’s clear he has gumption that can’t be coached & a desire to be the absolute best in everything he does - two things i index on in hiring regardless of role.
he just got his first sales intern offer & is finishing up some other processes. it feels really special to feel so confident in his success despite somewhat limited prior professional experience due to the traits above.
anyways - a couple things here: apply to stuff you might not be qualified for (or roles that may not even exist), be persistent, & lean into what makes you different - even if not in a professional setting (he’s a 220 lb wrestler with a soft spot for cute things & great sense of humor).
also mentoring is amazing & i’m excited to live so close to my brother! if you ever see me with a fella the size of a small gorilla - that might be him.
lastly, the age difference isn’t as clear now (almost 7 years) - but is a bit more visible on the last slide (when he moved me into college 7 years ago🥹)

@skeptrune I connect from the quick menu. It’s like 2 clicks

@skeptrune Pretty sure Microsoft is doing this with Windows 12; last I talked with one of the engineers working on it.

@skeptrune I'll ask it to turn on WiFi and it'll turn down my brightness, text my ex, and put it in airplane mode

between macos services, apple script, posix system layer, and app intents the ai native operating system already exists, but this is also true when you take a programmer's view of windows and linux.
Nick Khami@skeptrune
the ai native operating system is coming sooner than you think i can’t imagine a world 12 months from now where you still open settings to connect bluetooth or wifi we’re all just gonna prompt some AI Agent on our phone or computer to do it for us and it’s just going to work
English

@skeptrune in your line of work there’s clearly a big return to posting on twitter than whatever you would make from the payouts. i’m confident you would still post on twitter without the payouts
English

@skeptrune Dude on a flight rn and had the exact same thoughts as I was connecting to the WiFi
Couldn’t believe the process I had to go through
Like why doesn’t it just work. Why am I having to navigate this airlines specific WiFi connection interface
Can’t happen soon enough
English

@skeptrune I don’t open setting to connect to Bluetooth or WiFi already?
