The corrupt U.S. Government is appealing my FOIA win against the IRS. The Trump Administration clearly wants to cover up IRS abuse and obstruction at all costs. It will now take me many more months and tens of thousands more in legal fees to force our government to obey the law.

@PeterSchiff How about don't buy the S&P 500? There are a lot of good stocks in the US to buy, but you have to carefully critique it. Foreign stocks, are cheaper but there are a lot of junk stocks.

The biggest mistake U.S. investors can make is holding too much cash. Sure the U.S. stock market is overpriced, but so is the dollar. A weakening dollar, and the monetary and fiscal policies that will drive it lower, will support nominal stock prices. Own gold and foreign stocks.

According to Trump, if he calls a war a military action, he can get around the Constitutional requirement that wars must be declared by Congress. But a war by any other name is still a war. Trump swore an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution, not circumvent it.

Financial Learning Models (FLMs) are essentially proprietary infrastructure that process market data more efficiently and adapt quickly to changing conditions. Quants and Hedge Funds have an edge, but the future edge will be, those who can program their software to change and adapt based on rapidly evolving market conditions.

People should be a lot more aware that Americans are having record stock exposure right now more than any previous point in history. I have a strong feeling that the social network systems have manipulated more people to invest in order to bail out all the institutional investors.

What I don't like about Grok is that it can't write multi-page reports/ It uses significantly cheaper compute per task than Gemini Deep Research agent for the same cost: ($250/month) I expect Grok Heavy for costing as much as it does, to have 4-8x more effort, high-volume research and larger context windows than just short, chat/conversational replies.
