Composer 2 is wild. Better benchmark than Open 4.6 High and it’s 10x cheaper: 0.50 vs 5.00 per million tokens. GPT-5.4 still leads overall (75.1%), but for real builds the cost/perf tradeoff is more than ideal. Secret sauce: trained ONLY on code + built-in self-summarization (100k tokens -> 1k) so context never dies. Can't wait to test it out in my client projects

Stitch just made design feel like cheating. They just dropped a new design agent that understands your entire canvas. Every Figma plugin wrapper, $10k/mo design agency, and “I’ll make you 5 variations” freelancer is sweating right now. You can literally say: “swap the logo with the one I just uploaded” “make a mobile version of all these screens” “interview me for a new landing page” The era of manually resizing shit is over. Your refusal to learn design tools just became a cheat code. 💀

Before starting to build a product we determine its core feature using MoSCoW Framework Mo - Must Have Features S - Should Have Features Co - Could Have Features W - Won't Have Features Usually for the first iteration we target all the 'Must Have' Features and if time permits the 'Should Have' ones This ensures the dev process is lean and doesn't take forever to build.

Second instalment hit. €8,000 in. To the guy who said good luck with the PDF parsing. Skill issue. The tools work. You just have to know how to use them.

If you haven't used Supabase branching yet, I want to recommend using it! It creates a staging environment for every GitHub PR you open, giving you a safe environment to test things out within the PR! When the PR is merged, the migration is applied automatically to prod!

I used to spend 2 hours every Sunday on content planning. Now I don't. I built a system: > Pulls what performed well last week > Generates new ideas from those topics > Drafts the first version I show up Monday with work already done. That's the only upgrade that mattered.

you can 10x the quality of the videos you create by being ruthless about where you take inspo from… there’s a huge difference between creators that have an amazing reference bank vs just trying to rip “what’s currently working” on the X timeline i built a huge a swipe file which includes: - the best commercials from the last 10 years - critically acclaimed movie trailers - random clips I couldn't look away from rt + comment "swipe" and I'll send over the file (must be following)

Its crazy how far we have progressed in terms of software development. Up until 4 years ago, you had to manually check everything for each and every step of development. Now close to 80-90% of the task is automated. Has helped us to ship products in weeks which used to take months at our agency

I have so much gratitude to people who wrote extremely complex software character-by-character. It already feels difficult to remember how much effort it really took. Thank you for getting us to this point.
