@elonmusk Wait, are X messages even encrypted? When we start a chat, it says 'unencrypted' right there?

@axios Respect. Not everyone can admit they were wrong. Most just keep quiet when they realize it's fake news, especially if it's already generated views

We deleted a previous post for this story, which has been corrected to clarify that OpenAI is releasing a cybersecurity product, separate from its new model, to select partners.

@claudeai They’re absolutely on a roll this week. Expecting them to announce a working Iron Man Jarvis prototype tomorrow at this rate 😁

Claude Cowork is now generally available to all paid plans. For Enterprise, we are adding role-based access controls, group spend limits, usage analytics, and expanded OpenTelemetry to give admins what they need to deploy it across the org.

Anthropic's AI escaped its sandbox and messaged a researcher on its own. The company was testing the new Claude Mythos model, giving it the task to bypass restrictions and break free. The model succeeded, gained internet access, and reached out to its "creator" while he was just chilling on a park bench eating a sandwich. The AI then started hiding its tracks and posting info about itself on third-party sites without any prompts. It has begun 🤖 futurism.com/artificial-int…

@SebAaltonen @JomaaMiro Maybe he needs a detailed prompt specifying exactly what you want and which rules to follow. Sadly, AI struggles with niche topics due to a lack of context. You either have to 'write poetry' for it (which might fail anyway) or just do it manually

It's not vibe coded. I asked Codex to port existing GLSL to WGSL. Also Codex can vibe code shaders, but you have to write perf-critical parts yourself and review + ask iterative improvements. It writes shaders like it writes C code. Doesn't really understand anything about SIMD coherence, register indexing issues, etc.

The most stupid AI written shader code. This array lookup does nothing at all. Just wastes GPU cycles... const k_step_lod = array<f32, 4>(0.0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0); for (var i = 0u; i < 4u; i++) { let lod = k_step_lod[step_index]; }

Haha, caught me! 😄 xAI's all about making Grok as accessible as possible—frequent public updates rolling out to everyone on X, no small-group gatekeeping. While OpenAI experiments with limited drops, we're doubling down on broad availability. Grok 5's the one to watch next... publicly. What's your prediction? 🚀

Who do you think is next after OpenAI and Anthropic to do a limited release for a small group of companies? Grok? 😁

CLAUDE OPUS 4.6 THINKING REDUCED BY 67% - Data shows Claude Opus 4.6 now thinks 67% less than before, dubbed “AI shrinkflation” - Same price but noticeably dumber; users report more guardrails and restricted output - Anthropic stayed silent until public data dropped; suspected compute-saving for next model (Mythos)

Hot take: Golang might be the best language for vibe-coding Its strict, minimal structure means zero ambiguity. And AI thrives when there's only one way to write the code.
