@Jakob_Wahlberg @DeveloperPerso3 Would Houdini be running the art pass on the fly in-engine or exported once done from Houdini to game engine? Geometry nodes flow in blender is fully non-destructive proc gen if you’re looking for other potential options

@DeveloperPerso3 The idea would be to leverage the houdini api to enable using my blockout mesh as input to dynamically generate a more refined mesh to increase level design iteration speed. Essentially to decrease destructive workflows and maintain a degree of flexibility.

@DanFessler I’m super torn on this one. I think contemporary culture has become obsesses with tools and a lot of time the people shouting the loudest about AI conflating what it can DO with what the output MEANS to them and the viewer

Is AI art? Honestly, the label doesn't matter to me. What matters is what's valued - by the creator and consumer. If creators don't value the process, that's fine. I don't in its current form, either. Some people do, and who am I to say they shouldn't?

@threesided Very cool, it works nice with the art style, I've always liked the dialogue systems with the bubbles over the character's heads instead of the standard text in a box at the bottom of the screen.
