A lot of people are like "he quit DOGE because he's running for governor of Ohio now" and I'm like "yeah, because he realized he couldn't cut a trillion dollars off the federal budget, thanks for the non-argument." And it's a half-joke. Mostly kidding but also not really.

@AlgorithmMD What deficit level do you think he’ll reach by July 4, 2026, the targeted end of DOGE?

From my perspective the question comes from a different angle. Do I think Elon will fail to deliver because there is no solution? Its hard to believe that, especially when he’s catching rockets mid-air. Endeavoring to engineer the “impossible” seems to be his specialty, and well thats the strongest argument I can offer.

@buxdabomb @LynAldenContact The question is could he have without having his hands tied. The corruption was too deep. He suggests this on a Joe Rogan show.

@AlgorithmMD @LynAldenContact Ehhh I mean you’re tryin to have your cake and eat it too with that logic: In other words: a prerequisite to the challenge itself IS to have one’s hands tied; you can’t pretend that that’s a separate matter, it’s baked into it. Hence why it was doomed to fail.
