@amazonIN I placed an order and it got cancelled mid transit for some unknown reason. Then why did I not get back the refund of the marketplace fee? I'd understand if it was cancelled from my end or had more than 1 item. Other platforms do refund marketplace fees.

@amazonIN customer care on chat closed the chat after saying that a full refund has been provided and closed the chat. On the call they said "it was charged by the bank" then said "it is charged to provide you with the benefit but you didn't get it still"?
