Looks very likely that the man killed by ICE was disarmed by an ICE agent prior to being shot several times. An agent walks away with a handgun that matches the handgun the man was carrying.

It appears from zooming in just moments before ICE/CBP shoot yet another US citizen, one agent removes the victims firearm from his waste holster. The victim was UNARMED when he was shot multiple times. This is a state execution. Again.

On the MN execution: The individuals involved should be held accountable. But responsibility goes to the top of ICE and CBP, and DHS. Their appropriations come up next week in the senate. Not a cent for DHS without pulling ICE and CBP off the streets, in MN and everywhere else.
