Recycling is a moral imperative. As currently designed, the Deposit Return Scheme is not ready to go live in August. It has major issues for small businesses with many fearing they will be forced out of business. It needs to be returned + recycled so that it works for everyone

@AshReganSNP I've spent a lot of time in Scandinavian countries. They have Deposit Return Schemes which work well. Businesses have no problems and littering is noticeably lower. Plus we used to have it here before and it worked fine. This is about unionists causing grief where none exists.
