@CodifyBaseball You need to extrapolate the numbers from the point where the speed gun measurement point changed, otherwise these numbers are meaningless. But yes, I do believe the speed has trended upwards.

@CodifyBaseball @LanceMcAlister Lots to unpack with that. No question it’s why we see more elbow issues. Guys know that they won’t go too far past 100 pitches so max out. Training. Strength. Technology. Technique. Nutrition. Recovery. Rehab. All improve every year.
