@FACEIT_Darwin What is your estimated time until the balance team changes the algorithm (more balanced elo in high elo lobbies, like the difference in minimum and maximum elo of a team), if you don't have an estimate please give the projected time by the balance team itself

@FACEIT_Darwin How does banning for toxicity and griefing work on this platform? Almost every match has someone without a mic or being toxic, and ban notifications arrive three months later or never. I’m talking about 2.5k -3.4K Elo lobby

@FACEIT_Darwin Hello Darwin, Could you please look into this ticket, Request #11297322. As this guy spread personal information on FaceIt such as Full Name, Age and Email. All of this happend in game. No one has responded for over a week.

@FACEIT_Darwin If the power goes out during a match and you have a valid reason, losing -52 ELO is too much , is there anything we can do

@FACEIT_Darwin I think you guys need to create another tournament in faceit like Late Night and Normal competitive, but during a weekend. Why not?
