The sloppy answer is: A) Under General Relativity, not really. B) Under Geometric Unity, I think there are 10 of them. 4 of them would be “Pinch to Zoom” and 6 of them would be “Shear to Tilt”. You can’t pinch to zoom an old photo easily (GR). But you can on an iPad (GU).
