Tesla’s achievement with FSD V13 in China is remarkable, considering they lack the necessary data and computing power for training due to the lack of approval. They’ve only trained V13 using internet data that’s over three years old, yet it still competes head-to-head with the only other car manufacturer with comparable technology and access to local data and computing resources. Imagine what V14.3 could accomplish if approved.
