@ItsKimJava @Tesla @xpeng Autonomous driving is a hell of difficulty in China. The training data of FSD is not so complicated at all, and the whole process is very hesitant.

@Tesla FSD vs @XPeng VLA 2.0 - dropped into China’s craziest real-world traffic. This might be the wildest autonomy test we’ve ever filmed!

@FredLambert XPENG believes FSD is still the strongest in the world, but the catch-up speed is very fast, which is why Fred said that Tesla is dead . In terms of technical lines, XPENG has completed the release and large-scale use of the world model X-world. Tesla needs to pay attention to it

The idea that Tesla is alone in the race to develop end-to-end vision system for self-driving and delivering into consumer vehicles is officially dead. Like dead, dead. I tested Xpeng's VLA 2.0 in the streets of Beijing, and it is comparable to my experience of daily driving Tesla FSD v14. Xpeng is not charging $100 a month to drive this. It is inlcuded in its higher-trim vehicles and it already caught the attention of Volkswagen, which is going to integrate into its own vehicles - something Tesla hasn't been able to do despite trying. @FredLambert Capability demos are only half the race. Tesla's harder advantage is shipping one end to end stack into a far larger installed base, which turns supervised miles into training data and pushes cost per deployed car down.

@itskyleconner The situation of Chinese roads is very complicated, and autonomous driving is hellishly difficult. Therefore, the start is not comfortable and needs to be improved, but the driving is indeed too strong and smooth.

So the best Level 2 Point-to-Point system I’ve used is still FSD v14 However that’s not available in China (they’re stuck on v13) XPeng VLA 2.0 is very good, even if it got off to a rocky start - it has a unique character, very smooth and slow, just meanders its way nicely through traffic. Stay tuned for my upcoming video on Momenta (what the Germans are using) - that was a HUGE surprise!

Have you guys heard about the XPeng owner in Denmark? He got t-boned by a train and survived. They use this massive integrated die-casting technique for XPeng GX so the whole car body is incredibly rigid against all angle impacts.#XPENG #EV #carsafe

Is it still Tesla vs. The World? In China, it’s Tesla vs. Everyone. Between Xiaomi's SU7 and XPENG's XNGP, the choice is getting harder for EV buyers.#EVs #TESLA #CHINAEV

The emotional part of this XPENG feature is simple: “I can’t crash, because someone is waiting for me at home.” That’s what it made me think about.#XPENG #TESLA #EV #AUTOPILOT

@cglezv P7 is the best car to drive in XPENG. The appearance is very similar to a vintage American muscle car. I like it very much. And the gull wing gate is really handsome!

Definitivamente, me he enamorado de este coche. Nunca antes me había gustado tanto el diseño de un vehículo desde el Porsche 911. Wow. Es deportivo, elegante, tecnológico, vanguardista pero atemporal. En dos palabras: a cojonante.

@ray4tesla Except for Huawei. But I prefer carplay😏. It's too stingy to connect Android phones to cars.😰😰😰

Most EVs or NEVs in China run on Android-based systems. Some of these in-car UIs can be noticeably laggy, as shown in this video.

@realBigBrainAI In fact, you can draw a line on the screen where there is no parking space, XPENG can also park in it. This technology is really convenient. So amazing 🤩

Geely released a new hybrid engine i-HEV. Toyota's THS has ushered in a strong opponent. Japanese cars have no such in the category of new energy vehicles, and now the hybrid engine will also be impacted by the Chinese automobile industry. Geely's stock price will say everything.

Buying an EV in 2026? Stop right there. Before you sign that Tesla or European legacy auto contract, listen to the German experts. Test drive an XPeng. Once you experience true smart driving, you will never look at legacy EVs the same way again.
