@Grayscale @BlackRock iShares amendment is interesting but based on skimming some of these docs -- I don't see anything that would change our odds at the moment. That said, this definitely tells me that issuers aren't giving up the fight. Still -- I'm focused on ~May 23rd x.com/JSeyff/status/…

@JSeyff @Grayscale @BlackRock It gets approved eventually because there is just too much money to be made in fees. Same with BTC. The economics become so large that the asset managers ramp up there lobbying pressure on the regulatory agencies, and voila, you get another crypto ETF.
