@JavaScript Y'all say VsCode
But have you tried notepad ? (An experience you'll never forget 😂)
English

@JavaScript Up until last year, Sublime, but I finally made the switch to VSCode this year 👏🏼
English

@JavaScript Has anyone tried Nova? I'm trying it out this week.
English

@JavaScript It doesn't matter because to get a job in tech you better learn how to write your code and algorithms in a plain text editor. All those training wheels in VS code and Intellij editors won't save you during a tech interview.
English

@JavaScript Is there any better code editor than visual studio @code ?! I don't think so
English

@JavaScript I want to learn JavaScript how many hours/days would it take me?
English

@JavaScript @WebStormIDE with @ideavim , a close second tmux, alacrity and @Neovim. If you’ve never used @jetbrains products, time to jump in. @code is probably the best free editor for most people, but if you’re getting paid to code… give JetBrains a try, it’s worth every penny imo.
English

@JavaScript No regrets. I now depend on the dependable, syntax-knowing, Visual Studio Code. The way it handles hideous, intricate kludges is remarkable. Did I mention its extensions can set you free from kludge drudgery?

English

@JavaScript Visual Studio Code.
There's only one answer btw...😅
English

@JavaScript Why does this question still create so much buzz.All you need is VIM, have used it for decades now and I have also used all 46 most popular text editors/IDEs over last 20 years ( nano, eclipse, sublime, bbedit, notepad ++, .., jetBrains, vscode) and nothing came close to VIM
English

@JavaScript VSCode is great but I kinda prefer NOTEPAD. You can NOTE stuffs and add PADding when writing CSS. Works everytime!
English

@JavaScript Windows notepad. You'll be surprised on how much of a debugging tool it is for @JavaScript 😄
English

@JavaScript I just switched to JetBrains Rider from VS Code and my productivity increased. It's performant, and has a good UI layout, debugging tools. Code completion handles most of my lines in a few inputs. VS Code started to break IntelliSense more often so I gave up eventually
