@O2 Any update cause this it’s beginning to be a joke now?, I pay good money for a service which now I can’t use.

@O2 These things happen .. it can't be helped. However ... as a Pokemon master ... it's my destiny to "catch 'em all" and a whole day of no data could mean there are dangerous Pokemon on the streets ... with your customers. Please fix it ASAP ... somebody think of the children?

@O2 To be honest only had a handful of issues in the 14 years with O2, so that’s not too bad, hope it’s getting solved soon. Good sign that 3G seems back again.

@O2 How much longer is this gonna take i pay alot for my contract and i get this problem and no phone calls messages or data this really needs to be sorted 😡

@O2 Thank you for pinning a Tweet on the outage; I think you should post an update on the O2 home page too. Can I note that when I called customer service about this they didn't know what the O2 Twitter handle was, or the address of the Service Status page (status.o2.co.uk)

@O2 As a network technician myself, I bet your lot are really feeling the pressure today! I hope all the tech guys working on it are being fed constant coffee ;) Keep up the good work to get us back up O2. I feel like someone at said 3rd party supplier may be getting fired today.
